Licensing of Lotteries

Requirements

The Lottery License Application Form must be completed and signed by two Committee Members of the Organization.
The total value of prizes can not exceed $3000.00
Lottery license MUST be posted at the event.
The lottery License number must appear on all forms of advertisement.
The financial report must be completed within 30 days after the event is held and submitted to the RM of Victoria Office.
License fee $10.00 per raffle.

Road Approach/Driveway Application Form

The Purpose for having a Road Approach / Driveway application form

To ensure that any work conducted within the Municipal Right of Way for the purpose of a Road Approach / Driveway improvement is:

Designed and constructed to be safe for vehicular traffic;
Constructed so as to not be of a nuisance for the municipality or adjacent/affected landowners; and,
Conforms to provincial legislation and municipal bylaws.
