The Cypress River - Holland Community Development Corporation (CDC), was incorporated in 2009, consists of members from the RM of Victoria. The primary role of the CDC is to promote the RM of Victoria, Cypress River and Holland, to stimulate the local economy through programs, polices and activities that improve the economic well- being and quality of life for the community. The CDC ensures program continuity and consistency, enduring program longevity for the municipality. 

The core role of the CDC is to:

• Develop and manage municipal wide projects and initiatives.
• Develop and manage projects in Cypress River, Holland and rural areas, that do not fall withing the scope of existing organizations. 
• Assist existing organizations in the development of their projects and operations. 
• Work with all organizations to identify and pursue funding opportunities based on their requirements.
