Licensing of Lotteries
By-Law # 1128/93 (please refer to By-Law section to view)
Requirements
- The Lottery License Application Form must be completed and signed by two Committee Members of the Organization.
- The total value of prizes can not exceed $3000.00
- Lottery license MUST be posted at the event.
- The lottery License number must appear on all forms of advertisement.
- The financial report must be completed within 30 days after the event is held and submitted to the RM of Victoria Office.
- License fee $10.00 per raffle.
