Licensing of Lotteries

Requirements

• The Lottery License Application Form must be completed and signed by two Committee Members of the Organization.
• The total value of prizes can not exceed $3000.00
• Lottery license MUST be posted at the event.
• The lottery License number must appear on all forms of advertisement.
• The financial report must be completed within 30 days after the event is held and submitted to the RM of Victoria Office.
• License fee $10.00 per raffle.
