Title: BOOMERS & BEYOND - Modified Yoga

Time: 6:30PM to 7:30PM

Description: Join certified instructor, Debbie Olsen, for a modified yoga class focusing on mobility, balance and chair yoga. Potential benefits include increased flexibility, improved strength and spatial awareness, reduced stress, improved pain management and sleep, A six week session will be held on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm, starting October 15th.
